Purchase Policy
There is a $20 minimum purchase on all orders. A $20 order is calculated before sales tax and before shipping costs.

Orders of $100 or more will receive free shipping within the continental United States. A $100 order is calculated before sales tax and before shipping costs. Free shipping does not include the cost of shipping oversized items as oversized items will incur actual charges for shipping and handling to the "SHIP TO" address. Free shipping is sent by UPS standard ground methods scheduled to arrive within five to nine business days of receipt of order.

Return Policy
Toy and Game Warehouse will gladly provide a refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. The purchased item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, we will issue you a credit for the cost of the item. We do not refund charges for shipping. After 30 days from date of purchase, Toy and Game Warehouse will gladly issue you a store credit.

Defective or Damaged Item
Toy and Game Warehouse will gladly refund or replace any defective merchandise. You will receive a full refund (including shipping charges) or replacement within 10 days of receipt.

Gift Return
If you would like to return an item that you received as a gift, please mail it to the above address and we will gladly issue you a store credit.
