Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Toy and Game Warehouse offers secure shopping transactions by using
industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) to encrypt your personal
and credit card information during the order check-out process.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes. We will accept orders by telephone. Please call us at 1.650.697.7768,
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Please
have the item number ready along with your billing and shipping information,
and credit card number when you call.
What happens to my personal information you collect?
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent

How do I track a recent order?
We ship all orders using UPS standard ground, unless other shipping option has been requested. After your order has shipped, UPS will send you an Email providing you with shipment confirmation, tracking number, and scheduled delivery date. After you receive your tracking number, you may track the progress of your package on our home page by clicking on the brown truck (upper right hand corner), or by visiting the UPS tracking website.
Do you ship to international locations?
ToyandGameWarehouse.com can ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus and UPS Canada Standard.
Can I provide special shipping instructions to my
order?
If your package requires special instructions such as "leave the
package without a delivery signature" or want your package to be
left at a specific place at your delivery destination, please include
this information in the "Special Instructions" box on your checkout
form.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payment.
How do I report a problem with my order?
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive an order that
is wrong, incomplete, or damaged, please let us know immediately. You

and we will correct your order. Emails are usually answered within 1 to
2 business days.
What is Toy and Game Warehouse's return policy?
Toy and Game Warehouse will gladly provide a refund for your order within
30 days of receipt. The purchased item must be in its original packaging
and in good condition. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse,
we will issue you a credit for the cost of the item. We do not refund
charges for shipping. After 30 days from date of purchase, Toy and Game
Warehouse will gladly issue you a store credit. Read more about our Purchase

Can I send a gift order?
Yes. You may send any item as a gift order.
Can I include a gift card with my gift order??
Yes. We offer an optional, complimentary gift card. Simply include information
for the card (To, From, and short message) in the "Gift Card"
box on the check-out page. We do not offer gift wrapping.
